Q: Since the customer does not pay until the item arrives, do I have to pay for it first?

A: We cannot fulfill the order for you until we are paid. Having said that, this is your business so if you want to charge the customer upfront then you can.

Q: What happens if someone does not pay for their order, am I out money?

A: The good thing about MammaMichal's is that if your customer does not purchase their product you will find a customer who will want whatever doesn't sell. You can keep this item and sell it or you can return the item for credit to your account. However if you return it you will have to pay shipping charges. So the best thing would be to try to sell the item. My advice would be to keep a box with you for all your on hand items that way you can carry it around when you deliver your orders and show customers what you have on hand. You can always return items to MammaMichal's that you purchase within a 30 days.

Q: How do I place my orders?

A: Send us an e-mail with the order information and if you prefer we ship to the customer directly or if you want the order sent to you. Upon receipt of payment we'll process your order.

Q: Does MammaMichal's have a website available to reps so they can sell to customers out of state and if so how much does it cost?

A: Not at this time, but it's something we consider to implement in the future.

Q: How much will I make with MammaMichal's?

A: We like to keep things simple. So you will make a flat 25% of every sale you make. You will also be credited with $10.00 for every new representative you recruit.

Q: Do I have to keep any inventory on hand?

A: No, you do not have to have inventory on hand unless you want to.

Q: Am I required to recruit anyone?

A: No, you are not required to recruit you can simply just sell MammaMichal's if you want. Most people start out selling MammaMichal's just to get a discount and then find out that many other people love MammaMichal's and want to buy. If someone is interested in joining MammaMichal's, you can refer them to MammaMichal's and receive $10 credit.

Q: What happens if I become an inactive member?

A: Nothing. There is no quota you are required to fulfill, so sell when you can and enjoy the proceeds.

Q: Do I have to pay a Shipping Fee?

A: Yes. We have to charge you our cost of shipping ($6.95 in the USA / $13.95 to Canada). MammaMichal's was not set to make huge profits but to primarily help people. As such, our profit margin for the products is not remotely as high as that of the other companies out there.

Q: What if I find MammaMichal is not for me what do I need to do to leave MammaMichal's?

A: You are paid when the customer pays you. The difference of what you were paid vis-a-vis what you paid us is your earnings.
